Because I know what it’s like to struggle and I also know what it’s like to rise. Helping others do the same has been both my purpose and my passion.

I didn’t choose this path lightly. This work chose me through lived experience, deep healing, and an unwavering desire to grow beyond challenges that once felt impossible. There were moments when I considered giving up, when life felt heavy and uncertain. But I didn’t. And through that perseverance, I learned that transformation is not only possible—it is within reach for all of us.

Along the way, I learned to shift the voice of my inner critic, to rewrite old stories, and to replace judgment with compassion. I discovered how to love myself in ways I never imagined and to make choices that genuinely support my well-being. These lessons became the foundation of my work and the heart of what I shared with others.

This journey was never about perfection. It was about truth. It was about worth. It was about learning to listen inward and choosing wellness in ways that felt authentic and sustainable. Every client, every conversation, every shared moment reinforced the power of presence, trust, and connection.

I am deeply grateful for the time I have spent doing this work and for every soul who allowed me the privilege of walking beside them. Whether someone came to me at the beginning of their journey or in the midst of deep transformation, I met them where they were—with compassion, respect, and encouragement.

The photo you see here may be a bit dated, but I treasure it for what it represents: reflection. Reflection of self, of seasons, and of life’s unfolding. That intention has been woven into everything I have offered.

As of February 21, 2026, this chapter officially comes to a close with the closing of my business. While my professional practice is ending, the impact, lessons, and connections will remain part of who I am and who I continue to become.

I carry forward immense gratitude for the trust, openness, and shared growth that defined this journey. Thank you for being part of it. Thank you for walking with me. And thank you for allowing this work to shape us both.
