The Intentional Living Series: Mindful Practices for a Meaningful Life

 The Intentional Living Series is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and live with greater purpose and presence. Each offering in this series invites you to explore practices that support a more mindful and empowered life from setting healthy boundaries to reclaim your energy, to crafting your own mala beads as a tool for intention and meditation. These gatherings create space for reflection, creativity, and soulful connection—both with yourself and with others on a similar path. Whether you’re just beginning to explore mindful living or deepening your current practice, this series offers gentle guidance and meaningful tools to support you along the way. 

Setting Boundaries

What is a Boundary?

    

In this program series, we delve into the transformative power of boundaries in shaping and enriching relationships. Boundaries act as the cornerstone of communication, reflecting how you expect to be treated while fostering respect, appropriateness, and care in every interaction. They serve as physical demarcations of safe spaces and emotionally safeguard your well-being, preserving your autonomy and mental health. From an energetic standpoint, boundaries become shields that protect your personal energy reserves.


Throughout this program, you will gain insights into why boundaries are crucial, learn to recognize when they need to be established, master the art of crafting effective boundaries, and develop strategies to navigate and respond to the varied reactions that may arise once boundaries are put into practice. By embracing boundaries, you empower yourself to cultivate healthier connections and cultivate a more fulfilling life.

Program Structure

The program consists of three comprehensive meetings, each spanning a duration of two hours, spread out over a period of three months. 


Participants have the flexibility to opt for a personalized one-on-one session or engage in a group setting with a maximum capacity of four individuals. 


This balanced approach ensures tailored attention in either setting, allowing for deeper exploration and understanding of the concepts discussed during the meetings. 


Whether you prefer individualized guidance or enjoy the dynamics of group learning, this structure ensures an enriching and interactive experience tailored to your needs and preferences.

Tier One - Group Program - 3 Visits

$150/ person

Tier Two - One on One Program - 3 Visits

Mala Making and Mindfulness

What is a Mala?

    

In this transformative three-session workshop, embark on a journey of self-discovery and mindfulness as you learn to craft your own mala and delve into the practice of meditation. A mala, traditionally used in meditation, is a string of beads that serves as a tactile aid to count mantras or breaths.      


In addition to its spiritual significance, a mala can serve as a tangible tool to aid in concentration, mindfulness, and the cultivation of inner peace. Many people also wear malas as necklaces or bracelets as a reminder of their spiritual intentions and practices throughout the day.

Program Structure

The program unfolds across three monthly sessions, each carefully crafted to build upon the last, offering a progressive journey of growth and exploration of meditation. 

 

Session 1 (3 hours): Crafting Your Mala In the first session, immerse yourself in the art of creating your very own mala. Under the guidance of Cathy Lynn, you'll learn about the significance of each component, from selecting gemstones that resonate with your intentions to understanding the symbolism behind the guru bead and tassel. Through hands-on crafting, you'll infuse your mala with your personal energy and intentions, creating a powerful tool for meditation and self-reflection.


Session 2 (45 minutes): Introduction to Meditation In the second session, discover the transformative power of meditation as you learn the foundational techniques and principles. Through guided meditation practices, you'll explore various methods for calming the mind, cultivating presence, and connecting with your inner self. Gain insight into the benefits of meditation for stress reduction, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth, setting the stage for a lifelong practice.


Session 3 (45 minutes): Deepening Your Practice In the final session, deepen your understanding of meditation as you integrate your newly crafted mala into your practice. Explore advanced techniques for deepening concentration, expanding awareness, and cultivating mindfulness in everyday life. Through discussion and guided exercises, you'll receive personalized guidance and support to help you overcome common challenges and deepen your connection to the present moment.
