Terms and Conditions

Please review the terms and conditions for working with Manifest Health Solutions, LLC prior to booking a service or coaching program; booking a service or program will be considered acknowledgement of these terms and conditions.

Personal information shared by the client during sessions, including but not limited to their name, address, contact details, medical history, and personal experiences will be treated as confidential. The information shared will only be used for the purposes of providing the agree-upon services and will not be disclosed to any third parties, unless compelled to do so by law.

The content of coaching sessions, healing sessions (e.g., IET, Reiki), oracle card readings and any additional services offered will be treated as confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, any insights, discussions or guidance provided during sessions, as well as any records or notes taken by the practitioner. Clients should feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences during session without fear of judgment or disclosure to others.

Payment at Time of Booking:

• For Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Reiki and Oracle Card sessions payment is expected at the time of booking the appointment.
• Clients can securely make payment through credit card, debit card, PayPal, Venmo via my online booking platform or by phone.
• Payments for services are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the cancellation and refund policy.

Coaching Programs:

There are multiple coaching program tiers to choose from, each involve multiple sessions over a predetermined schedule and payment plan options for each tier.

• Option 1: Pay over time, with no discount
• Option 2: Pay in 2 installments, first and sixth visit, at a discount of 5% of total cost of the program
• Option 3: Pay the program in full at first appointment at a discount of 10% of total cost of the program

Late payments may result in the suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.

Payments for services are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the cancellation and refund policy.

Oracle Card Parties:

Two weeks prior to the scheduled party an invoice will be sent for the length of time requested. Full payment is required at time invoice is presented.

Clients can securely make payment through credit card, debit card, PayPal, Venmo via instructions on the invoice or by phone.

During the party, care will be taken to adhere to the agreed upon length of time. Reading times will be kept track of and any overages will be billed in one-hour increments regardless of time used, e.g., overage = 45 minutes, you will be charged for 60 minutes of time. An invoice for overage time will be sent within 48 hours of the party and will be due and payable within 48 hours of receipt.

Payments for services are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the cancellation and refund policy.

• Cancellations for Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Reiki and Oracle Card sessions cancellation received 72 hours  or more in advance of the scheduled session will be eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations for Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Reiki and Oracle Card sessions made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the payment.
• Cancellations for Oracle Card Parties received 2 weeks or greater prior to the event will be eligible for a partial refund. 
• Cancellations for Oracle Card Parties received 2 weeks or less from the event, will be considered non-refundable and payment in full will be expected.
• Refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations may be issued at the discretion of Manifest Health Solutions, LLC.

Coaching Program Cancellations:

• In the event of the Client’s absence and/or withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever, the Client will remain responsible for the pro rata share of the program that has been delivered, plus a cancellation fee of $50.
• The Coach reserves the right to cancel the program if at any point she feels it is not advantageous for the coaching program to continue. If this happens, the Client is only responsible for the pro rata share of coaching services received.

• The services provided by Manifest Health Solutions, LLC are not intended to replace professional advice or guidance in any area of your life, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical or psychological matters.
• The information and insights provided during these services are based on intuition, interpretation of symbols and personal experiences. They should not be construed as factual or authoritative statements.
• While these sessions can be insightful and thought-provoking, it’s important to remember that they are subjective and open to interpretation. The guidance offered during these sessions should be taken as suggestions or possibilities rather than absolute truths.
• By booking a session with Manifest Health Solutions, LLC you acknowledge and understand that the information provided is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or applicable to your specific circumstances. You agree to take full responsibility for any decisions or actions you may take based on the insights gained from the services provided.
• If you require professional advice or assistance in any area of your life, please consult with a qualified professional in that field.
• In booking a session, you agree to release Manifest Health Solutions, LLC from any liability or responsibility for the outcomes of your decisions or actions.
